Job Description / Responsibility

 Working with higher authority, lead and manage the ongoing development and technical feasibility,
design optimization, and production issues.
 Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to maintain the specifications of the project.
 Ensure that all projects, activities, plan and initiatives are executed successfully: on-time, on-budget
and on-message.
 Assessing the strength of a constructed as per design.
 Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, Calculating the quantity (BOQ) and materials for construction
project.
 To Follow-Up the Construction Schedule & co-ordinate the quality of Construction Works with
management.
 Monthly Review Reports.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering/B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

 At least 4 years for B.Sc. Engineer / 8 years for Diploma Engineer.

 Planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and evaluation of site work for completion of any
work as per schedule.
 The applicants should have knowledge in the following area(s): Planning, Estamating, BOQ, Rate
scheduling etc. for various field such as Roads and highway, Rail work, Bridge etc.
 The applicants should have experience in the following Software(s): Highly experienced & skilled in
AutoCad and Project Planner (MS Project, primavera project planner etc.), MS Office, MS Excel,
ETABS and other relevant software.

Job Requirements

 Have clear understanding of the construction works like Roads and highway, Rail work, Bridge,
Building etc .
 Excellent time management skills.
 Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization as well as with all divisions/
groups within the organization.
 Effective interpersonal & active listening skills.
 Good Writing & summarization skills.
 Ability to lead others and Encourages teamwork.
