Certificate of Free Sale

products being exported are freely marketed in the United
States and Florida? Enterprise Florida can issue you a

Certificate of Free Sale.

What is a Certificate of Free Sale?

Certificates of Free Sale verify products being exported are freely marketed without
restriction and are approved for sale in the United States. These certificates can be
issued by a federal, state, city office or a non-governmental association such as a
Chamber of Commerce.

Enterprise Florida may prepare certificates of free sale for firms involved in the
exporting of products manufactured in, or distributed from, the state of Florida.

Who needs a Certificate of Free Sale?

Certain countries may require a Certificate of Free Sale for items such as
biologics, food, drugs, medical devices or veterinary medicine.

 anufacturer’s declaration on company
letterhead that the products are
manufactured in the United States.

 opy of a recently paid invoice for each
product to substantiate that the product (s)
is freely sold in the United States.
The total cost for a Certificate of Free Sale is $30.00 per document
for certification and notarization that is provided by Enterprise Florida.
Payments can be made with bank issued checks or money orders made
payable to Enterprise Florida, Inc. Payment must be received by
Enterprise Florida before Certificate will be issued.
If an additional certificate of authority or Apostille is required, you must
request this directly from the Secretary of State office for a fee of
$10.00. Contact Enterprise Florida for more information.
