SUMMARY OF SELF EVALUATION

What are my strengths at the end of this semester?

Overall, my communication skills developed really well during this semester, both written and
verbal. I was able to develop a therapeutic relationship with my clients and continuously used my
communication skills to problem solve. I applied my knowledge well in medication
administration.

What are my areas for development at the end of this semester?

The areas of development would have to be some of my nursing skills. I will have to continue
developing these skills by reading my nursing theory books. Additionally, I will try to
communicate better with the interdisciplinary team.
