To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Philip Schultz, an employee of Full Source who was under
my supervision for the entirety of his employment (Oct 2015 – Jan 2017). Philip was a
Customer Support Representative; he dealt with customer and vendor relations. His daily
responsibilities involved placing orders with vendors, answering incoming phone calls, sales,
verifying the accuracy of invoices, and following up with customer and vendor emails.

Philip always treated customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect. Furthermore, he was a
team player. Often, other departments within the company would need help and Philip was
always accommodating and would volunteer to go outside of his job description to fill in where
needed. Philip decided to resign from his position at Full Source to dedicate his time to
completing his bachelor's degree and pursue his goal in an IT related field.

I can recommend Philip with the utmost confidence to anyone looking for a respectful,
