I would like to tell you about some circumstances in the project, as you know the project is
already in the development stage, so we need more members to work and develop the
model.
The new members will work in the computers and they going to star to build que model of
the project, also they going to respect the blue paper that we already have and put the
material on the model we needed.
The members need to have an extended knowledge on systems computer as Revit,
AutoCAD, and 3ds Max. also they have to know how to work in a team because they going
to work whit Many people.
The best way to recruiting is to star whit an interview to see the way they unfold, then they
make a quick exam to know if they can handle the demand.
