Cik Siti Wan Kembang

Cik Siti Wan Kembang’s favourite animal was the deer. She was

presented with a deer which later became a symbol of the state emblem.

At that time, the gold coins were stamped with the image of a deer too.

According to the legend, Cik Siti Wan Kembang never died but

‘disappeared’ into the mystical world. This is because no one has found her

tomb till today. However, she will always be remembered for being the

only female who ruled a state in our country.
