Dessert: GRAHAM LABONG

INGREDIENTS:

 500 grams Bamboo Shoots


 1 can Condense milk with flavor
 1 pack Crushed Graham Biscuit
 1 pouch Pineapple crushed
 Marshmallows
 Sprinkle (Optional)

Procedure:

1. In a large pan put the Bamboo Shoots and some salt let it boil until
tender.

2. After boiling the Shoots, remove it in the pan and squeeze the excess
water from the shoots.

3. In a sauce pan put the condense milk and the bamboo shoots, mix it well
until become fluffy.

4. In a bowl combine the cooked bamboo shoots,crushed graham and


pineaaple crushed (be sure to remove the water in the pineapple). Mix it
well.

5. Mold the mixture in a circle or to your desire shape. Sprinkle some


chocolate tidbits.

Main Dish: La Bongga ka Day

INGREDIENTS:

 500 grams Bamboo shoots


 250 grams minced beef
 100 grams carrots
 100 grams Gabi
 100 grams Celery
 100 grams bell pepper
 100 grams Malunggay leaves
 100 gram all purpose flour
 2 eggs
 5 gloves garlic
 1 large red Onion
 1 teaspoon salt
 Ground Black Pepper
 Magic Sarap for seasoning

SAUCE:

 1 pack mushroom soup


 1 all purpose cream
 1 can mushroom

PROCEDURE:

1. In a large pan put the bamboo shoot let it boil until tender.

2. Remove the bamboo shoot and squeeze the excess water from it. Then finely
chop it into small pieces. (Set aside.)

3. In a large pan put the gabi let it boil until tender then mashed.

4. In a food processor put the carrots, celery, bell pepper, malunggay leaves mix it
until smooth.

5. Chop the garlic and the onion.

6. In a large bowl combine the chopped bamboo shoot, mashed gabi, minced
beef, and the mixture of celery, carrots, malunggay leaves. Seasoned to taste. Mix
it well.

7. Put the egg and all purpose flour to hold the mixture. Remember to mix it will.

8. Then deep fry.

For the Sauce:

1. Dissolve the mushroom soup in a 250 ml water and the all purpose cream in a
large saucepan let it boil then put the mushroom boil it again in about 5 mins..

Make 25-30 patties
