INGREDIENTS:
Procedure:
1. In a large pan put the Bamboo Shoots and some salt let it boil until
tender.
2. After boiling the Shoots, remove it in the pan and squeeze the excess
water from the shoots.
3. In a sauce pan put the condense milk and the bamboo shoots, mix it well
until become fluffy.

1. In a large pan put the bamboo shoot let it boil until tender.
2. Remove the bamboo shoot and squeeze the excess water from it. Then finely
chop it into small pieces. (Set aside.)
3. In a large pan put the gabi let it boil until tender then mashed.
4. In a food processor put the carrots, celery, bell pepper, malunggay leaves mix it
until smooth.
6. In a large bowl combine the chopped bamboo shoot, mashed gabi, minced
beef, and the mixture of celery, carrots, malunggay leaves. Seasoned to taste. Mix
it well.
7. Put the egg and all purpose flour to hold the mixture. Remember to mix it will.
