On this day, Wednesday, the seventh of March two thousand and eighteen at fourteen
through five minutes Western Indonesia Time, housed at the Bhayangkara Hospital of
Palembang, through request of visum et repertum of the State Police of the Republic of
Indonesia Regional of South Sumatra Resort Sector Banyuasin with police number R / 074 /
VER / III / 2018 / Resta, with investigator M Riduansyah, as a Chief Inspector NRP 71100066,
had been done an internal examination by dr. Indra Syakti Nasution, Sp.F, as a forensic doctor
in Department of Forensic Medical Science of Hospital Bhayangkara Level III, assisted by
young doctors of Medical Faculty of Muhammadiyah Palembang University assigned in
Forensic with the periode of nineteenth February two thousand and eighteen until eighteenth
March two thousand and eighteen. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Has been done an external and internal examination of the corpse, which according to the

8. General identification : A male corpse, forty-two years old, known, a hundred
and seventy-two centimeters long, fat stature, straight
black hair, not easily pulled out, six centimeters hair
length, fair skin, no sign of decomposition -----------------
9. Specific identification : There is a round mole on the forehead with a diameter of
zero point three centimeters with an elevation of the skin
with no hair. There is another mole on the left of the nose
about four centimeters from the center body line with a
diamter of zero point five centimeters with an elevation of
the skin and hair. ------------------------------------------------

1. Head : Symmetrical shape, straight black hair, not easily
revoked, with an average length of six centimeters, no
sign of violence -------------------------------------------------
2. Face : Symmetrical shape bluish coloured, a mustache with a
mean length of zero point one centimeter and a beard with
a mean length of one point one centimeters------------------
3. Eyes : Right and left eyes are covered, there are bleeding spots
on both eyeballs, murky appearance on the both of clear
membranes, brown eyeballs, murky appearance on the
both of white membranes, no sign of violence---------------
4. Nose : Symmetrical shape, no fracture, no sign of violence, a
bleeding from both noses---------------------------------------
5. Ear : Symmetrical shape with bluish coloured, no sign of

6. Mouth : Symmetrical shape, closed lips, bluish coloured, no fluid
coming out from the mouth, no toothprints inside the
upper and lower lip. Upper and lower jaws equal,

At the opening of the abdominal skin, the muscles of the abdominal wall are reddish, intact,

weight is one hundred and thirty grams and the weight of the left kidney is one hundred

CONCLUSION---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Has been examined a male corpse aged forty-two years old, known, overweight stature with a
body length of one hundred and seventy-seven centimeters. From the external examination,
there are bleeding spots on both eyes, bluish coloured lips and nails, bleeding from a right hole
of the nose. No sign of violence. Corpses bruises red-purple coloured on the head, back, and
butt and still extant with supression. Stiffness on the eyelid, jaws, neck, and limbs. From the
internal examination, there are bleeding spots settling down even with washing and a hardly
dissolved foam in the heart and lungs. A narrowing of coronary arteries in the back of the heart
with a pale colour. Heart, lungs, and liver enlarged. The curve of the brain starts to rise and
there is a dilatation of the brain’s blood vessel. Estimated time of death is over twelve hours.
The cause of the death is suffocated from a sudden heart attack ------------------------------------
