Credusys is into POS- point of sale software based on cloud. I was responsible for requirements gathering by interacting with Retailers to
understand their basic pressing need for installing a POS and pricing that they would be comfortable with.

 Gathered Insights into main pressing needs for customers to use any POS – eg medical store –Pharmacies – had a major pain point of
