Team All Blacks Vodafone Customer Competition (“the Competition”)

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
Entry into the Competition or acceptance of any portion of the prize are deemed as acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions.
2. New Zealand Rugby Union Incorporated, PO Box 2172, Wellington 6140, is the promoter of this
competition (“the Promoter”).
3. The Competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Any queries, comments or complaints about the Competition
must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. In participating in
the Competition you are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram
or Twitter. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release Facebook, Instagram and
Twitter from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with your
participation in the Competition or with any of the prizes offered.
4. Only current Vodafone consumer customers are eligible to enter.
5. You may enter the Competition if you are any age, however if you are under 18, you must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age when claiming and redeeming the
prize. Employees of the Promoter, and household members of each such employee, are not
eligible to enter the Competition.

How to Enter

6. To enter the Competition you must update your Team All Blacks details or join Team All Blacks
by following the link sent in the competition email and completing the entry form before
12:00pm (noon) NZT on Thursday 5 October 2017.
7. The winner will be chosen by Monday 9 October 2017, and notified by email and/or phone. If
the winner does not respond by Wednesday 11 October 2017 the Promoter reserves the right to
select another winner.

Competition Period

8. The Competition commences at 09:00am NZT on Monday 25 September 2017 and closes at
12:00pm (noon) NZT on Thursday 5 October 2017 (“the Competition Period”). Entries received
after the end of the Competition Period will be ineligible to enter the Competition.
9. The winner will be randomly chosen by the Promoter (in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions) and published on http://www.allblacks.com/News/31404/team-all-blacks-prize-
winners. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not comply with
these Terms and Conditions and select a replacement winner.
10. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize

11. There is one grand prize to be won. The prize package for two people will be delivered by All
Blacks Tours on behalf of the Promoter and includes:
• Economy flights to Brisbane on Friday 20 October 2017, returning Sunday 22 October 2017.
• Accommodation (twin share) in Brisbane for 2 nights on Friday 20 October and Saturday
21 October 2017.
• Breakfast at hotel on Saturday 21 October and Sunday 22 October 2017.
• Two platinum tickets to attend All Blacks v Australia at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday 21
October 2017
• Two passes to All Blacks Captains Run on Friday 20 October 2017.
• Group transfers from Hotel (and return) to Captains Run and Test Match.

12. The Promoter is not responsible for the prize winner’s spending money, expenses involved in
travelling to or from the New Zealand international airport nominated by the Promoter, or any
other expenses incurred in taking up the prize not specified in paragraph 11 of these terms and
conditions (including transfers from Brisbane airport to hotel).
13. The winner will be solely responsible for meeting any travel or entry documentation required to
take up the prize (including passports and entry visas).
14. In accepting the prize, the winners will be subject to the Promoter’s reasonable directions
regarding behaviour at the match and surrounding events and will be subject to all relevant
terms and conditions imposed by All Blacks Tours and the relevant airline.
15. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The winners acknowledge, and will ensure
their guests acknowledge, that there could be audio-visual content captured during the trip, at
the match or other events and used on All Blacks social media that features the winner(s) and
their guests.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with
a substitute prize of equal or greater value if the prize (or any of its components) cannot be
provided for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
17. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to or alteration of entries into the Competition. The Promoter assumes no
responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer related to or
resulting from participation in, or down-loading any materials in relation to the Competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with any of the
Competition processes or is engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of the
Promoter at any time.
18. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated
with the Competition will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but
not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in
connection with either participation in the Competition or with taking up the prize offered.
19. This competition is subject to the laws of New Zealand and the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of New Zealand.
20. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or modifies the consumer's rights under the
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
21. If for any reason beyond its reasonable control the Promoter or its agents or contractors are
unable to run the Competition as described, the Promoter reserves the right postpone, extend,
amend, re-schedule or cancel the Competition (“the Change”) at any time at its sole discretion
on the provision of reasonable notice (which will include posting notice of the Change on the
Competition entry webpage).
