It is to bring into your kind notice that encashment of Cross Cheques issued in the name of company is a
long process. Payment to individuals is required to be made immediately. Therefore it is requested that
a cash cheque may please be issued against the reference amount instead of Cross Cheque.

It is assured that there would no claim from any individual or company after this final settlement of
