Train like a dancer and a fighter with a combination of classic body weight HIIT moves and
exercises from Olivia’s musical theatre/ dance training.
3 Rounds/ 5 Exercises. 45 Seconds on/ 15 Seconds off. 1 min break between rounds.
Warm up – 5 mins
- Ask about injuries
- Go through quick dance basics (turn out etc.)
BLAST Round
- 4 high knees/1 Floor tap
- 3 Star Jumps/ 180 turn
- 4 shoulder taps/ 1 press up
- Long Jump/ job back
- Walk out/ 4 plank jacks/ walk in
DANCE Round
- Static Plié w/ L&R Ankle raises
- Jazz 4th w/ pulses L&R
- Port de Bras Abs
- Jumps in 1st (x4)/ Jumps in 2nd (x4)
- Bridge w/ Leg raise.
MIX UP Round
- 4 squats/ 4 Plies
- 4 Mountain climbers/Knee to elbow
- Deep Plié in 2nd w/ punches
- Side Plank/ Thread the needle
- 4 Jumps in 1st + 1 Tuck
