Enforcement of the constitution (संविधान के प्रिर्तन)

→ Some provisions of the constitution pertaining to citizenship, elections, provisional parliament

etc were implemented with immediate effect from 26th Nov 1949.

→ The rest of the provisions of the constitution came into force on 26th January 1950. This date is
referred to is the constitution as the date of its Commencement

के रूप में संदर्भतर् ककया जार्ा है )
