I'm going to tell you how is the mechanical engineering career at ESPOCH.

To start this is a very

tough race, here there are 10 levels which are very difficult. I am in the eighth level. In the first
level there are complicated subjects such as mathematics, geometry and drawing. The
teachers are demanding and 7 materials which you must approve. In the second semester, the
number of subjects decreases but its degree of complexity does not. In the third semester
there are difficult classes with one of the most difficult teachers that exist in the race, she
teaches very well but you can fail. In fourth the situation is hard because you must approve a
subject which is essential because it is very important. In the fifth they start the most
interesting subjects such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, static, etc. Sixth level was the
most complicated level so far for me because I failed 2 materials and materials thermodamics.

Thermodynamics is a meteria where basics is taught power cycles, laws of the preservation of
mass and energy. In addition we can learn about the properties of gases and some liquids such
as water, oil, etc.

IN CHANGE, materials is a matter where we study about the types of materials that exist and
that many of them we know as aluminum, steel, wood and generally plastics. The
microstructure and the chemical compositions that each of them has are analyzed. also its
resistance

Seventh level was different since the subjects were a sequence of what I learned two
semesters before for me and the teachers helped in many things.

I am studying the eighth level and for me the mechanical engineering career in this period of
time was one of the best experiences of my life because I learned several things that I never
thought about studying. I was also with people who until today are outstanding for being good
students and that motivates me. I think that a lot of my memories are here at ESPOCH.
