MARIA MONDOÑEDO VDA. DE PAZ, ET AL., plaintiffs

and appellants, vs. ASUNCION BUNAG VDA. DE
MADRIGAL, ET AL., defendants and appellees.

Appeal from an order of the Court of First Instance of

Manila, dismissing plaintiff’s action to recover the
possession and ownership of seven parcels of land
situated in the province of Camarines Sur, one parcel of
land situated in the province of Marinduque, and one lot
and a house situated in the City of Manila.
Order appealed from is set aside with costs against the
appellees. Appellants are directed to amend the
complaint so as to include the executrix of the estate of
the party defendant. Bautista Angelo, J., ponente.
