The experimental group consisted of twenty-eight students at the beginning of all the respective courses

and twenty-five students at the end of all the respective courses. The three students who dropped out
did not do so due to feelings of anxiety. The control group consisted of thirty-three students at the
beginning of all the respective courses and twenty-four students at the end of all the respective courses.
