daily living, obtaining and recording vital signs, height and weight, performs venipuncture’s for blood
collection, performs electrocardiogram’s, and charting patient information.

Preceptorship – Trumbull Regional Medical Center 4E 120 hours

Preceptor: John Zoccali, RN. Experiences including: providing and prioritizing care for 4-5 patients,
communicating effectively with physicians and other members of the health care team, charting patient
information, discharge teaching and patient education, giving medications intravenously, by mouth,
nasogastric tube, and PEG tube, inserting and removing peripheral intravenous catheter’s, and inserting
indwelling urinary catheter’s on both male and female patients.
