Subject: Summer Internship Experience

Dear Miss,

It has been around three months now that I have been working under your supervision and it
gives me immense pleasure to say that these three months have been a great learning experience
for me. The purpose of writing this e-mail is to apprise you about the work I have been doing in
this period.

I was assigned to the Engineering and Instrumentation department in which I was part of the
proposals team. My scope of work included preparation of proposal documents and get
quotations from vendors and prepare comparison sheets based upon what the design department
finalizes the design. My organization of work and filing method has even motivated other interns
and employees to follow what I was doing. Apart from this core work, I was also involved in
helping other teams in their matters; be it designing a switch gear panel; or selecting the best
PLC for the system, I was there for everyone. Due to these untiring efforts, I was often praised
by my seniors for my hard work and enthusiasm.

I also want to express my gratitude to you who have shown me the right direction and guided me
throughout my journey in this prestigious organization. I will make sure that I will further polish
the skills that I have learnt in this organization and make the best out of it.

Regards,

Abdullah Amin

Subject: Business Cooperation Decision

Dear Sir,

I hope this mail finds you in best of your health and spirit. We have been doing business with
you for almost a year now and it gives us immense pleasure and satisfaction that we tried our
utmost to be at par with your expectations. We hope, you would also be happy with our un-
matched service and swift response by which your queries were handled.

But some of the recent experiences have compelled us to think of our future co-operation with
you. We have decided that we will no longer be able to continue our business liaison. Some of
your untoward queries have cost us so much that we are not able to meet our costs. Your
replacement rate is maximum and the cost of repairing your damage product, which does not fall
under warranty, is exceeding our allocated budget.

Therefore, keeping in purview all of the above mentioned scenario, it is to inform that we would
no longer be able to continue business with you.

Regards,

Abdullah Amin
