Dear Target,

On 18 January 2018, I bought multiple bath towels made by Threshold, a product regulated by Target, at
the store in NE Charlotte by the University.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well due to the condition of the towels after being ran
through the washer and dryer. I am disappointed with your product because the tags on the towels clearly
state that they are machine wash and dryer safe, but the towels came out with threads unraveling, causing
holes in 3 of the 4 towels purchased. After attempting to return the towels, your employees at guest
services refused to accept the return due to the towels being washed.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a full refund. Enclosed is a copy of the original receipt given
to me after the purchase on 18 January 2018.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 26 January 2018 before
contacting the Regional Manager about the situation. Please contact me at the above address or by phone
