Dear executive Chef

I am writing to inform you of my resignation, with my final day of availability being Saturday,
March 13th, 2018.

I have enjoyed my time at Chop Steakhouse Bar and greatly appreciate the opportunities that I
have been given. Unfortunately, it is time for me to leave and pursue other opportunities.

If I can help ease the transition of me leaving by training my replacement or staying an extra
week please let me know.

I would appreciate if you could write me a reference letter as it would help with new
opportunities.
