People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)

A Non-Profit Animal Rights Organization
April 21, 2017

Dear Generous Contributor,

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is a non-profit animal rights organization
that strives to protect animals from the abuse, experimentation and exploitation they experience
every day.

Although PETA has a long history of launching campaigns in collaboration with celebrities to
raise awareness and stop businesses that continue to test on animals, the organization has not
been able to do what is necessary to completely end animal suffering. Any donation would help
PETA to create more campaigns and reach a greater audience through different events to raise
awareness and truly make a difference.

Some of the ways for you to make a difference by donating to the non-profit organization
include:
 Joining PETA’s Action Team allows you to donate your time and become more involved
to speak out for animals and write letters to local newspapers to inform your community
about the unethical treatment of animals.
 Become a PETA member for $16 and receive a free year’s subscription to the
organizations magazine, Animal Times, which is filled with current events, vegetarian
recipes and small ways to make a difference in your community and stop animal abuse.
 Simply visit the organizations website and enter any amount you choose to donate to help
the exploitation and pain of animals.

PETA greatly appreciates the donations made to this organization and, specifically, to the
animals who have gone through so much pain and suffering and now have a chance to live a
happy life. These contributions make it possible for PETA to fight against the companies who
experiment on helpless animals who can now have people advocate for them and their rights.
Thank you for making a difference and helping put an end to animal testing.
Sincerely,

Molly J. Baggett
