Arabia. Partrick says that this book has an unfair title because it is primarily written about the

the perception of employees and supervisors. The article is written by Lincoln Todd Calcavecchi,
who wrote this article as a dissertation in 2018. The main problem of this article was how adults
should emphasize their lives to focus self-efficacy, motivation, and setting goals for themselves.
The study did an interview with eight employees who had five supervisors. With their results
showing that training between supervisors and employees is beneficial, some employees
showed disappointment that they were promoted from doing this study.

states how players such as Phil and Bryson are very analytical players. They even call
themselves “golf scientists.” The article explains how Dustin’s success is because he is opposite
of this. Dustin just looks at the ball and hits it, instead of trying to process the science behind
the shot.
