Sub: Reply to show cause letter.

Dear Sir,
With due respect, in reference to your Show cause notice dated on 21 st December 2017, Ref:
Acme/HR/P.F-6189/M-3258, I would like to inform you that I am working as an Junior Officer - I of
Production Division since 2010. Clarification regarding inspection observation of crown agents is as
follows.
1. Labelling of Azin PFS 30 ml is done by glue. During labeling, trace amount of talc is used in order
to run smooth as well as speed up labeling operation which is attached in the lower portion of the
bottle. Bottle is deposited in turn table & conveyor without talc. It is to be noted that already
management have been forbidden to use any foreign material like talc in production area.
However, on the mentioned observation in the show cause letter, would not have happened if I was
more cautious my duties during start up checking, approval and in process checking. I am extremely
sorry and would like to apologies for the incident. Right now, I want to assure you that I am committed
to perform my duties with more carefully and sincerely and increase my supervision to avoid the
above incident again. If this type negligence of duties will happen again by me, I will be ready to take
any punishment endorsed by management.

Therefore, I would be kind enough if you consider the above matter and will not take any disciplinary
action against me and oblige me thereby.
