Health/Wellness/Fitness Reflection

1) My two work samples for P.E. are two Football test. There first test was an indoors test and
that went over the position of the defenders and attackers and the names of them. The second
one was an outdoors test which went over the different routes.

2) Strengths - I participate, I give it my all

Weaknesses - I sometimes talk with my friends, I get distracted

3) To improve in P.E. I will have to instead of talking with my friend listen to coach to see
what he has to say. I also need to stop getting distracted by others. What I do to succeed is
always participating and trying my best.
