Case 2 : Campus Food Cart Owner

For three years now, a food cart owner has discovered a pattern in terms of the flow of their income
every school year. The months of June to August are great months, but once September sets in until March,
he noticed the significant dwindling income as months pass by every school year. An important information
to take into consideration is the constraint that is imposed to them by the School Food Monitoring
Committee – that they cannot sell product that is similar to the of other food vendors inside the campus to
promote harmony among all of them. The owner knows that he has to devise a plan immediately to stop
such predicament to escalate further.
