I am honored to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mary Sult. Mary

currently serves as our District Systems Facilitator; which means she wears many hats.
Her current job includes Director of Special Education, ELP Coordinator, Curriculum
Coordinator, TLC Coordinator (including director of our instructional coaches), and is a
key member of our administrative team.

Mrs. Sult’s ability to communicate clearly and deliver accurate messages has served our
district well. Her judgement is sound and she able to balance the need for detail while
keeping the bigger picture in mind. She meets weekly with building principals to keep
us all connected with work happening in the district, and share new learning and
direction. Her vision and collaboration skills provide leadership with major initiatives in
our district. Mrs. Sult is easy to approach and makes herself accessible to staff,
parents, and community members. She has inspired instructional coaches, building
leadership teams, and teacher leaders to further themselves professionally. Mrs. Sult
has experience in speaking in front of varied audiences including parents, community
members, and board members. She is well respected by all of these entities because
she models what it means to be a lifelong learner. Professional development for
teachers and paraeducators is also within Mrs. Sult’s level of expertise, having provided
this for our staff on numerous occasions.

Mary Sult will serve any school district well. She has the ability and desire to be a
