Bank of America Merrill Lynch is a leading diversified banking organisation, through its
global operations they offer services across the full spectrum of corporate and investment
banking.

Human Resources are the most significant assets for any kind of organisations and they also
connect all facets of the organisation together. At Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Global
Human Resources as a division acts as a strategic partner to each area of the bank through
which they contribute to the development and accomplishment of the organization-wide
business plan and objectives. Global Human Resources serve as an employee advocate and
they frequently champion change in the bank.

In a bid to explore my interest in human resource management, I have applied for The
Global Human Resources Division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in other to develop
better qualities required from a human resource person and also acquire knowledge on
what it takes in attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining a world-class workforce.
