Football

It is a sport that is played between two teams of eleven players each one,
and four referees that put order during the match, often, the referees can
admonish the players verbally or with a yellow or red card depending the action.
Each team has a goalkeeper and ten more players, that can be defenders,
midfielders or strikers, also, the teams have a coach that give instructions and
direct the team. It was born like a military training in China in the second or third
century B.C. But officially like a competitive sport in 1863 in England, creating
with him the “Football Association” the first organization of this sport.

In the beginnings, in China, the balls were too fat and heavy so, with the
time, in Greece and Rome the balls were made with pig pieces, after, in the eighth
century the balls changed the pig pieces and they began to create with leather.
Nowadays the balls are created with synthetic materials to prevent accidents, for
the players like head problems, or for the match, like a problem with the ball
shape.

Football has billions of fans in the world and is considered as the most
important sport on top of different sports like American football, basketball, tennis
and others. For that reason, exist million or billions of clubs and leagues in
different places and countries, the most popular leagues right now are mostly in
Europe, for examples, in England, Spain, France and Italy.

In Colombia, the football is the most popular sport and has his own league
which is called “Aguila” and it has 36 teams (20 in “Liga Aguila” and 16 in “Torneo
Aguila”).

In conclusion, the football is very funny and is a sport that doesn’t need
practice to play it, the football doesn’t need things expensive or hard to find, only
with a ball and with your foot you are able to play that fantastic game.
