It produces a mobile, straw coloured liquid with a faint odour. The product may become sold if stored in conditions below normal ambient ‘temperature, bul will rapidly melt when warmed gently between 30 and 40 degreescalsius. ALAC 's an emollient, water resistant, tow viscosity product with excellent spreading properties that finds a variety of uses within the personal care industry. It can be utlised as a penetrating, non-sticky, water repellent emollient in suntan oils, baby oils and lotions, or a spreading agent in creams where it can reduce the greasy feel of a high ol content product. It also finds use as a glosser in lgsticks and hair sprays. ALAC has a long history of safe use, classtied as a non-eye initant according to FDA Federal Register, and has an acute oral toxiety of greater than the maximum practical dase.
