• We have expertise in Rapid deployment of Oracle EBS Release 12 Suite of Applications and have been involved in
successful implementations and upgrades from Oracle R11 to Oracle R12. We have perfected our methodology for
"Managed Fixed Fee" project implementation / support and have successfully delivered R12 projects within time and
budget. This extends to implementation and support of Oracle Mobility and Service Cloud within Europe.
• We have expertise in delivering and supporting Fusion HCM, Fusion Financials and Fusion Procurement Suite of
Applications in the UK and Europe.
Capabilities in Oracle
• Offshore Support across the entire range of Oracle EBS modules including Logistics, Finance and Field Service & Service Cloud
• Offshore Support for Third Party applications including Taleo, APRO Banking, APRO Imaging and e-Invoicing
• Development of XML Messaging between Customer and Third Party Logistics providers

• After a brief handover where the offshore consultants spent two weeks visiting the Netherlands and sitting alongside the
permanent members of the IT department to understand business processes and people, support is now entirely run from
the office in Bangalore.
• The service now also extends to performing change requests on an agreed budget and time. Furthermore, Specvin provides
on-site resource to visit the business each quarter and discuss progress and future requirements.
• In the first three months that the managed services structure was put in place, We achieved the following milestones in
supporting client
• Consistently achieved 98%-100% of the SLA targets set by client in resolving incidents from the very first month

• Since the teams inception, offshore support has now extended to include implementation of Service Cloud as well as
Fusion HCM including core HR and Absence Management
• The team continues to achieve a minimum of 98% of SLA targets for support month-on-month
• We also provide on-site implementation support for the client when assisting with major enhancements
• We have completed development of several high-profile projects involving bespoke applications integrated with core EBS
