The difference between the ‘unpardonable sin,’ & blasphemy of the

Holy Ghost TODAY!

What is the UNPARDONABLE SIN?

As you know, there are different ‘dispensations’ in the Scriptures.

The ‘unpardonable sin’ in the dispensation which we are living in, is to REJECT the gospel
& therefore REJECT salvation! If we do this we CANNOT be forgiven!

In regard to the ‘unpardonable sin’ & ‘blasphemy of the Holy Ghost’…

Read IN CONTEXT Matthew 12v22-32…

Note verses…

Mt 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven
unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him:
but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in
this world, neither in the world to come.

Note in v32 the sin is defined as ‘speaking;’ therefore the sin CANNOT be ‘suicide,
murder or divorce’ as some claim!

The evangelistic ‘equation’ that this sin represents the ‘final rejection’ of the Holy Spirit
in His convicting work, is deviation from truth! For many reject this work without
speaking anything, & when they do speak they do not speak against the Holy Spirit, &
when they do some have been saved later!

The verses Matthew 12v22-32, NEED to be interpreted alongside Mark 3v28-30…

In Mark 3v30 the Holy Spirit Himself ‘defines’ what this ‘unpardonable sin’ is…

Mr 3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and
blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in
danger of eternal damnation:
30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.

In Mark 3v30 it is saying that Jesus Christ HAS an unclean spirit!

When the Lord Jesus Christ was on earth showing His ‘credentials’ (John 2v23) as proof
of Him being the Messiah & it occurs at the crisis of the kingdom-‘QUESTION’ (i.e. v28), it
was then that the ‘unpardonable sin’ was committed! The signs, wonders & miracles
were present then, & therefore this ‘unpardonable sin’ in regard to the blasphemy of
the Holy Ghost could only be committed when Christ was on earth; it cannot be
committed in our day i.e. the ‘dispensation of grace.’
