Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to dispute a billing error in the amount of NINE THOUSAND PESOS
(9,000.00) more or less on my account. The amount is inaccurate because I am
supposed to settle my 2 months unpaid billing (January-February), However I
received an equivalent of 4 months billing. I was not able to use the internet
connection on the following months of March to April since the said connection was
already disconnected. I am requesting that the error be corrected, and that I receive
an accurate statement.
Please investigate this matter and correct the billing error as soon as possible.
