of Mr. Ridenour’s website demonstrates an impressive array of documented achievements:
*A first practicum University PALS experience in all phases of the principal's re-
sponsibilities in a summer school setting. University PALS is a grant-funded col-
laboration among Frostburg State University, the University System of Maryland
at Hagerstown, the Washington County Public Schools, and the city of Hager-

academics slides” and, among a great number of other services, provide summer
time breakfast and lunch programming.
*A second practicum experience in representing Potomack Intermediate School in
the county’s third grade hiring committee
+A second practicum experience requiring him to develop technology-infused les-
son plans, to train his third grade teaching team in them, and finally, to host a
“Potomack’-wide professional development event, all in keeping with the school’s
implementation of “ iPads into the classrooms”.
sHis experience in advocating for and implementing the delivery of instructional
departmentalization, allowing teachers to “split” subjects. This effort was the sub-
