It has been my pleasure to work with CJ. during the last three years at Topsail Middle School in Hampstead, North Carolina, Asa teacher who has worked closely with and under the supervision of C.., Ihave been continually impressed by his consummate professionalism and dedication to the students and staff of our school. CJ. easily builds rapport with both the students and staff members and fosters esprit de corps through his personable approach and open door policy. Without hesitation, he is available to provide assistance no matter the circumstance. These qualities make him a highly effective administrator who is just as comfortable advising students as he is disciplining them. In addition to his typical administrative duties of observing and supporting teachers and staff members and managing student needs, CJ. also heads building maintenance, safety and security, and transportation at our school. These are not easy tasks in an aging school that houses nearly 900 students. His attention to detail and problem solving abilities in each of these roles support the school’s capability to safely and efficiently educate its growing population.
