Accounts Specialist. I would like to inform you Sir that my contract from my previous
motorcycle plan has ended.

Thus, I would like to request from your good office instead of purchasing a new unit
motorcycle, I will assume or continue the motorcycle plan of Mr. Aristeo Allawan with
the unit XR 125 since the said person is leaving from his employment to SAMULCO.
