Dear Rockingham County Advisory Board:

My topic is going to be about trapping. I choose to do my capstone experience on trapping

because I really enjoy being outside and I also manage the wildlife were I hunt. I have been
trapping for about two years now.

I will write my paper about the four main stages about trapping. They will be how to prepare and
set traps, how to check traps and the laws around trapping, how to prepare the pelt for sale, and
the different ways to sell the animal.

For my product I will be tanning one of my pelts. It will be very challenging and will involve more
than twenty hours of work. My expert will be Don Hawkins. I learned everything about trapping
from him. I want to work with Don because he taught me everything I know and he is really good
at what he does.

I understand how much trouble I can get in if I plagiarise and how wrong it is to steal someone’s
hard work and effort. If I don’t have morals I have nothing.
