Dear Members of the Selection Committee,

Ms. Claudia Ko has requested a letter of recommendation as part of her application to

the Montclair State University MBA program. As the Assistant Dean for Students in
the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Montclair State University it is my
honor to write this letter in support of Claudia’s application.

Claudia is an instrumental member of my Student Affairs team at Montclair State

University. Hiring her as a graduate intern in January 2018 was the best decision I have
ever made. She is a reliable, intelligent, cooperative, and responsible team member.
Claudia serves as a positive role model for the students, and for the entire Montclair
State University community. Charisma, positive energy, and enthusiasm characterize
her personality. Her positive energy is contagious. Claudia consistently shows
creativity, enthusiasm, resourcefulness and a strong commitment to continue learning.

Ms. Ko is tireless in her contributions to our students and the university community. In
my opinion, Claudia’s unwavering devotion to giving back to Montclair State
University as a proud alumnus exemplifies strong moral fiber and character. She
demonstrates great sensitivity to organizational needs, as well as creativity in solving
problems and generating new ideas. She is perceptive, emphatic, and committed to every
task she takes on.

I am convinced that Claudia will always meet her professional and educational
obligations in the most honest and ethical fashion. From the perspective of talent and
motivation, I know that Claudia will be an asset to your MBA program, and any
institution that is privileged enough to have her on their team. She is a trustworthy
individual and would be an excellent candidate for the MSU MBA program.
