Smart City action plan.
4) The core infrastructure elements include adequate water and electricity
supply, sanitation, public transport, robust IT, affordable housing,
safety, health and education.
5) Countries like US and Germany have decided to contribute in this
initiative.
6) Coordination with states, participation of people, fund allocation, policy
