assisted in writing grants, promoting historical interest, leading tours, assisting the
treasurer, and so much more.

Tutor                                       Vallivue School District

Job Duties: Guide the students on tutorial day to understand their points of confusion on
various topics and in different subjects. Students must use critical thinking skills and I must
lead the group to find their answers without speaking directly to the confused student. I must
facilitate the peers to do so. I work closely with the teacher to come up with new procedures
and techniques to best help students.

Customer Service Supervisor     Hely & Weber Orthopedics

Job Duties: I oversaw a small group of seven customer service representatives in a busy
office in Southern California. Learned and implemented new technology and systems. Trained
others to perform their duties and use technology. Excellent history of customer satisfaction
