The Most High GOD of Israel established Laws, Statutes, and Judgments for all peoples
who fear HIM to do and live in truth and in righteousness (Micah 2:7). This Great and
Terrible GOD knew of all the wickedness and abominations that influenced everyone to
do evil. Therefore, this Merciful GOD gave HIS Law to be kept forever (II Kings 17:37)
to make one wise and even prosperous (Joshua 1:7,8). They are not void and never were.
This GOD that so generously gave of HIS Paths of Righteousness is also OUR LIFE,
and HE is alive and well!

7 This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord: 2 “Stand at the gate of the
Lord’s house and there proclaim this message:
“‘Hear the word of the Lord, all you people of Judah who come through these gates to
worship the Lord. 3 This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: Reform
your ways and your actions, and I will let you live in this place. 4 Do not trust in
deceptive words and say, “This is the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the
temple of the Lord!” 5 If you really change your ways and your actions and deal with
each other justly, 6 if you do not oppress the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow and
do not shed innocent blood in this place, and if you do not follow other gods to your
own harm, 7 then I will let you live in this place, in the land I gave your ancestors for
ever and ever. 8 But look, you are trusting in deceptive words that are worthless.
9 “‘Will you steal and murder, commit adultery and perjury, burn incense to Baal and
follow other gods you have not known, 10 and then come and stand before me in this
house, which bears my Name, and say, “We are safe”—safe to do all these detestable
things? 11 Has this house, which bears my Name, become a den of robbers to you? But
I have been watching! declares the Lord.

Deuteronomy 30: 20 "…thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest obey
his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy
days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers, to
Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.:

Deuteronomy 10:12,13 "And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee,
but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the
Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, "To keep the commandments of
the Lord, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good…"
THE MESSIAH SHALL DELIVER US UNTO HIM ONCE AGAIN

GOD DELIVERED HIS CHOSEN PEOPLE OUT OF EGYPT, NEXT TIME HE WILL
DELIVER THEM FROM THE FOUR CORNERS OF THIS EARTH.

"And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second
time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from
Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from
Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

"And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of
Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth."

"Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared
it? Ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God besides me? Yea, there is no God; I know

EMANCIPATION AND REPARATION PERTITION

THOSE WHO HOLD US CAPTIVE HAVE DECEIVED US. YOU KNOW THIS BUT YOU DON’T WANT TO
BELIEVE IT. WE HAVE BEEN INDOCTRINATED AND BRAINWASHED. THE POWERS-THAT-BE HAVE
DECEIVED BLACKS AND OTHER PEOPLE OF COLOR IN EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIVES - INCLUDING
THROUGH THE TEACHING OF HIS RELIGION - CHRISTIANITY.

"BARBARIC AND INHUMANE CRIMES AGAINST BLACK HUMANITY"

And why we are due Reparations for the worst atrocities committed against Black
Peoples stolen from Israel!
Forced Migration, Slavery, Ethnic Cleansing, Willie Lynch and Self-Hatred, Black
Codes, Jim Crow Laws, Lack of Civil Rights, Lynchings, Discrimination and Prejudice,
Repression, Restraint, and Control against Black Prosperity, Coloreds Need Not Apply,
White Superiority, White Privilege, Miseducation, Legal Executions and Lethal
Injections, Institutional Racism, Police Brutality, Murder, and Trumped up Charges,
unlawful imprisonment and Driving While Black, Racial Profiling, and the list goes on,
as to why we are due Emancipation and Reparations.

Those Whites who called themselves "Superior" to Blacks and called Blacks "Savages"
enslaved Black Peoples for hundreds of years, raped black women, sold their babies to
other Slave Masters, separated husbands from wives to be sold yet again into Slavery
and maimed, castrated, branded and unmercifully beat and murdered their Slaves at will,
forbade any form of reading and education for Slaves in order to maintain the Black
Man’s ignorance, illiteracy, and inferiority for the purpose of exerting and proclaiming
the White Man’s Superiority. And they called us Savages!

Those who called us Savages forced us from Israel. lied and stole the 12 tribes of Israel
Jewish Heritage.
Those who called us Savages made us Slaves.
Those who called us Savages took our FREEDOM and called us "chattel."
Those who called us Savages dehumanized Blacks enslaved in foreign White lands, that
originally belonged to the indigenous Indian Tribes
Those who called us Savages were responsible for 200 million dead Blacks
Those who called us Savages caused us endless misery, despair, suffering, oppression,
and affliction
Those who called us Savages turned Blacks against themselves.
Today, those who call us Savages horde Blacks into ghettoes.
Today, those who call us Savages provide inferior educational systems in Black
neighborhoods.
Today, those who call us Savages inhibit Black social and economic growth.
Today, those who call us Savages build billion dollar prison systems and jail Black Men
because of what the white society has made of them.
Those who called us Savages brainwashed the Black Peoples to believe their lies and to
accept the indoctrination of their religion, culture, and propaganda.
Today, those who call us Savages deny us of our Human Rights.
Today those who call us Savages imprison Black Men on trumped up charges and
without reliable and adequate representation in the courts.
Today, those who call us Savages execute Black Men by way of the electric chair and
lethal injections without substantial evidence of guilt.
Today, those who call us Savages have no regard for the impoverished.
Today, those who call us Savages are the epitome of Savagery.
Today, the White Man has a legacy from our enslavement, but Blacks don’t.

Today, the White Man still calls us Savages, but yet THEY refuse to apologize or show
remorse for the 400 years of enslavement of the Black Peoples chased into Africa from
Israel and forced to live in America and other White Nations. Today, there is no relief
from the effects of the African Slave Trade, as Blacks are still degraded and depraved
and denied "Justice for All" and "Equal Rights," in America and all other White
dominated countries that prosper due to Black free labor, blood, sweat, and tears.
We want to move back to the Holy Land that God promised us and live without the
stress of asking, "Which one of our sons or daughters is next to die?" and wondering if
the true Black Jewish people from Juda will ever receive justice in this land that enslaved
our forebears. But due to race hatred and gross violations against Blacks this day, we
are faced with inability and restraint to pursue happiness, and GOD knows, there is no
peace in our midst.

We have a right to be angry and the right to fight for Emancipation and Reparations
payments for better lifestyles for ourselves and for our children. If we, Black people,
don’t stand up and shout for what’s right and demand justice for the Tribe of Juda -
blacks and the effects of it on people of color since 1619, then who will? The Powers-
That-Be have done nothing to right the wrongs against a Black People who have been
under their TOTAL CONTROL since coming to this land as Slaves and even after the
Emancipation Proclamation.

Politicians always needs your vote, this is the opportunity to demand to be heard, voice
your concerns to your Congressmen and Senators and candidates running for public
office. Let them know that if they want your support, then they must endorse Juda -
black people's return to Israel with Reparations and make it a reality. We have got to
rise and better our dilemma. We can do it!

WE CAN MAKE REPARATIONS HAPPEN! WE CAN PROVIDE BETTER COMMUNITIES WITH

EDUCATION, PROPEROUS ECONOMIC SYSTEMS IN OUR PROMISED HOME OF ISRAEL! AND ABOVE
ALL, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEMAND REPARATIONS TO RELOCATE TO AND REBUILD ISRAEL-
AND DEWELL HAPPILY AND PEACEFULLY WITHIN KING YESHUA'S MILLINIUM KINGDOM THAT
DO NOT TOLERATE RACE HATRED AND DISCRIMINATION OF ANY KIND!
AMERICA IS NOT THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, AND PROOF OF THAT IS THE
HISTORY OF THE ATROCITIES THE GOVERNMENT AND WHITE SLAVE MASTERS COMMITTED
AGAINST THEIR SLAVES AND THE RACISM, RACE HATRED, AND INEQUITIES THAT ARE

We are members of the Emancipation and Reparations Mass Movement, and we are
seeking Congressional, Senatorial, and candidate support for Reparations for the
descendants of Slaves.

While in Washington (June 14 - 20, 2000), many members of the Reparations Movement
lobbied Congressmen for their support of Congressman Conyers' Bill H.R. 40. This Bill
acknowledges the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of Slavery
in the thirteen American Colonies and in the United States between 1619 and 1865. Bill
H.R. 40 is also to establish a commission to examine the institution of slavery,
subsequently de jure and de facto racial and economic discrimination against African
Americans and the impact of these forces on living African Americans to make
recommendations to the Congress on appropriate remedies, and for other purposes.

You may have heard that Congressman Tony Hall has resubmitted his Resolution for
an Apology for the Slave Trade and has acknowledged the fundamental injustices of the
enslavement of Blacks out of Africa in the Thirteen American Colonies, as well as in the
United States. Congressman Hall has also stated that amends must be made for the
African Slave Trade.
Blacks have indeed suffered devastatingly from forced migration, Slavery, ethnic
cleansing, and more than 200 million deaths (UNESCO 1978 Report) and from Jim
Crow Laws, Black Codes, discrimination and race hatred even since the Emancipation
Proclamation. Therefore, surely you can see the need for Representatives and Senators
to support Congressman Conyers' H.R. 40 Bill. The Whites in this society and World
cannot forget that we are descendants of Slaves, and thus we are stigmatized and
degraded because of our past and because of our color.

The United States government has supported the European Jews in every way for
obtaining their monies in Swiss banks and establishing Israeli settlements throughout
Israel. The U.S. government has also made it possible for the Japanese and the Native
Americans to receive Reparations for atrocities committed against them. If Slaves were
brought to this country by force and enslaved for 400 years and not given the right and
the opportunity to leave the States with Reparations to pursue true happiness, then
again Blacks are being discriminated against.

Hence, if the U.S. can provide monies for Israelis to build settlements in Israel, then it
is only fair that the United States do the same for descendants of Slaves who choose to
relocate to back to Israel to the land inwhich Father God gave to his chosen people for
a thousands generations EXODUS 2: 6 - DEUTERONOMY 7:9 - PSALM 105:8 . In
that you are seeking a public service office, then surely you have it in your heart to do
justly by all peoples of these United States.
Another matter that I would like to call to your attention is that because many Blacks
are seeking to leave the lands of our captivity and relocate back to Israel, we are
appealing to Congressmen and Senators to please realize the importance of including
debt relief in the " Reparations Package" and send it to Blessed Love Missionary
Outreach Ministries Inc. on behalf Descendants of Slaves who return and that Israel
will receive African Americans or other Blacks located in the lands of their captors, be
automatically exempt from the debts owed to any and ALL countries that participated
in the Triangular/African Slave Trade. Reparations will prevent us from being a burden
on Israel, In this manner, Israel will be more than willing to receive those of us seeking
to live in harmony and peace in God's Holy Land. We so desperately want to live in
King Yeshua's Millennium Kingdom that do not tolerate race hatred, discrimination,
and prejudice, as these are the horrible elements that literally destroy groups that are
victims of such heinous crimes.

The Emancipation and Reparations Mass Movements in America and around the World
are growing stronger day by day, and WE would like to be able to tell Politicians, White
House and the President of the United States, that you are in support of Congressman
Conyer’s H.R. 40 Bill, Reparations, and the relocation of Blacks who desire to
leave the United States and 400 Years of African-American History Commission
Act On January 8, 2018, President Trump signed into law our bill (P.L. 115-102)
establishing a National Park Service commission to recognize 400 years of African
American history.
