I am writing this letter to apply for the Video Editing job that you have placed on Indeed and
paired with this letter is my CV which goes through my skills, qualities and qualifications in
further depth.

I, like most users of social media have come across your platforms and have found myself
rather impressed by the presentation of the content and many other aspects of the brand;
something that intrigued me on the proposal is the description of the working environment
as you described it as simultaneously relaxed/social and hardworking which I find would be
the perfect environment for me to enhance my skills and give myself an outlet for my
creativity.

I am just starting my career as a video editor however I do have experience of multiple

software involved in video editing such as after effects, premiere pro and other software
that isn’t directly linked to video editing but can be used in tandem with video editing
software such as Photoshop or Audition, the knowledge and experience that I have amassed
related to this software is from a combination of a subject I took in college which was
creative media and knowledge that I have gained through my own leisurely use of the
software, both of which have been going on for roughly 2 years.
