The project will be based on a competition where a school from each country would send Easter Cards with

a short
message in their tongue language. The card should be decorated by the children or the teachers and the theme will
be about Easter. Inside should be written a short message on their tongue language. This will allow the children to
understand the multiculturalism and multiple language approach towards the specific religious celebration.

Children should be able by the end of the project to:

1) Be able to create an Easter Card ( Art and Craft)

2) Learn about Easter wishes in different languages.
3) Learn about multiculturalism
4) show to our students that we are one European Community
5) Increase Students motivation
6) Give them an opportunity to communicate with students within the European Union.
7) to cooperate with European partners in eTwinning - our community for European schools
8)Learn about Easter celebrations in different European countries and introduce the different European traditions.

Create Easter Cards and send them by post.

A committee will decide three winners from the total amount of cards that will be received and the winners will be
announced before Easter (END OF MARCH)
Afterwards a certificate will be send by post to all the winning schools.

A poster will be assembled demonstrating all the cards that will be received. Pictures will be uploaded to Twinspace
and a short presentation with all the cards will be send to all the participating countries (schools).
