STATION 1: Arms Pyramid

 20 push-ups, 20 tricep dips, 20 arm circles, 20 second rest


 Repeat for 15, 10, and 5

STATION 2: Cardio

 30 jumping jacks, 30 burpees, 3 laps


 Repeat 3 times

STATION 3: Core Pyramid

 50 crunches, 50 second plank


 Repeat for 40, 30, 20, 10

STATION 4: Legs Pyramid

 30 lunges, 30 squat jumps, 30 heel raises


 Repeat for 25, 20, 15, 10
