So a small suggestion to the current management from what I saw when I was browsing the website was

that a few frequently asked questions have unclear answers. The question about carrying a MAD
privilege card at all times has yes which is clouded within the answer. That needs to be changed. It
needs to be stated without the possibility of any ambiguity in the answer.

The point about the quality of the product should be changed to incorporate the fact that you should
inform the management team about the product so that the team can take the required action with
regards to its partnership with the place.
