Please take note: To all Greencoop members,for members whom are currently holding their existing
Carbon Tokens ( CT ) are able to get a FREE CTC.Calculation are based on every :

500 units of CT will entitle to get a FREE 1 CTC

Procedure/Steps

1) Download & prepare Google Authenticator before coming to counter.

2) Collect and fill in the FORM in our provided counter from the announced road tour as mentioned above.

3) Our management will verify and transfer the FREE CTC on the spot with full and completed details ONLY.If you’re in a
situation of unable to attend to our Road Tour,you’re given a period until 30th of November 2017 in our Wisma Goalgreen to
claim your Free CTC.

4) The Company will not be reliable for FREE CTC to any absentees after the time schedule for ROAD TOUR

5) The Company will not be reliable or provide any FREE CTC on human error when filling personal details wrongly.Therefor
please fill in the accurate amount of current holding CT and personal details before submission.

6) Free CTC are calculated based on the current value of USD 1.If the CTC value rises in the future the company will follow the
value accordingly.

7) Please Do Not sent any Representative for FREE CTC CLAIM
