I realized that a poorly

prepared project is susceptible to chance and risks. During the project, all members have to know how
to manage stress and communication is one of the key in order to produce a successful piece. We have
to trust each other, show confidence in the group and keeping everyone’s cool is a must. Try not to
blame or judge anyone.
