On January 30, 2018, I bought a Krabby Patty from your restaurant at your Bikini Bottom location at around 2pm. Unfortunately, your product was unsatisfactory and inedible. I am disappointed because I found a shard of a crab’s shell inside of my Krabby Patty. Besides the obvious implications of there being a real crab shell in a Krabby Patty, I am upset that your employees at the store refused to compensate me for my edible meal that I paid for. To resolve this issue, I would appreciate your compensation for my meal by giving me a refund of what I paid. Enclosed is the receipt for my meal as well as a picture of the tainted Krabby Patty that I received. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and will wait until February 7th before contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Food and Drug Administration.
