Growth in Assessment Competence Overview

This section seeks to prove how the principles of classroom assessment has shown

growth and improvement during the Diploma in Education.

It signifies the stages involved to correctly assess students: which identifies the key aspects of

concepts, the creation of suitable tasks and rubric for assessing desired learning outcomes. It

seeks to demonstrate what are factors from pre-Diploma in Education assessments, what are the

corrective measures as suggested by means of the Diploma in Education in which certain aspects

of the assessment can be changed to make the assessment method more effective.
