WHY SHOULD I DANCE?

Don’t sit at home anymore looking at snap chat, Instagram or facebook . It is easy to get caught up in that world. People that continue that lifestyle will suffer from, not knowing how to
socialize , have delayed development , Obesity , and truly become an addict to their electronic devices. Instead, be a part of Dance, in a class or on a private basis. Dance will help you to get
involved , express yourself , socialize with others , learn Musicality, Flexibilty, Physical Fitness, and help build your self esteem.

At MNDC we offer a positive, high motivating environment for each and every dancer . All Dancers will be taught correct technique and terminology . We strive to make each and every
dancer feel they are truly a part of the MNDC dance family .

Registration Fee $20 per student if registering after August 1st ____ (pd)
1st Month Tuition Must be paid at the time of registration Tuition will not be discounted if you dancer joins after the classes begin. All dancers will
be billed 10 equal installments.

initial ____• I understand that participation in class involves a risk of injury and I do hereby assume and accept risk inherent to the
above named participant’s activities at the Dance Centre of Performing Arts. I also agree to hold the Dance Centre, it’s
owners, employees and/or agents harmless for any loss or damage to my property and for injury and/or injuries, which
might be sustained by me while participating in an activity at the Dance Centre.

be incurred during my enrollment at the Dance Centre of Performing Arts by their agents.

Centre of Performing Arts and their agents.
Initial ____• Tuition will be billed in 10 equal installments. May and June tuition will be due together no later than May 1st. There is
no 1 class rate. Classes are billed as listed per month and are due no later than the 7th of each month. After the 7th of the
month, tuition will increase $10 per class. After 30 days of non-payment the student will not be allowed to participate in
class. Payments made after the 7th of the month will automatically be billed $10 extra per class. *
Initial ____- We provide each dance family with a mailbox. Please check your mailbox for important information. We require an
email address to pass other information along to you . Please make sure we are updated if your email changes or you are

Breaks - You will be notified by a note sent home and notes posted in the waiting area of our scheduled breaks. We follow the school calendar with Columbus
Day,Veterans day Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter,Memorial Day and Spring Breaks. SNOW DAYS - If School is closed for a snow day, The Dance Centre is
automatically closed . If after school activities are canceled due to weather ,the studio will also be closed. MISSED CLASSES There are NO refunds for
missed classes. A class will only be scheduled a makeup day if the teacher needs to cancel. Group classes will be scheduled for any private or semi-private
missed lessons. If the class is canceled by the teacher a makeup class will be assigned to students. We do the best we can to notify you through email and
our Facebook page if classes are canceled due to bad weather or any other uncontrollable circumstance.
COSTUMES & RECITALS -All students MUST have a costume ordered by the dance studio to be in the recital A $40 costume deposit is due by October, 31st with the
balance due by FEBRUARY 1st for all regular classes (competition classes are extra) Once you order a costume by paying your deposit , you are obligated to pay for it
in full. Costumes are custom made and cannot be canceled once they are ordered . Recital costumes cannot be home sewn. Any costume worn for performance
MUST be ordered through the studio. Costumes that need alterations will be the responsibility of the student. Costumes will be handed out after the end of the year
balance is paid in full.
Recital Tickets will be available to purchase a few weeks before our annual recital . This will help pay for auditorium rental, programs, back stage help, back drops,
lighting, sound , & ext . Everyone who is entering the auditorium will need a ticket . All dancers will remain in our backstage area.
Class Fee Classes are broken into 10 installments regardless of how many classes are in a month . May & June tuition will be due
together no later than May 1st .

Unlimited Classes -$133/month (does not include private or semi private )
Private Tuition - $780 /year or 2 semester payments of $390 each - due August 15th and February 1st - Add $135 to work 2 routines
- Times will be scheduled once 1st semester is paid
Semi Private Tuition - $740/ year or 2 semester payments of $370 each - due August 15th and February 1st - Add $110 to work 2
routines
-All competition classes will compete in at least 2 competitions in the spring . Fees are collected and due after the first of the year.
The competitions that our studio will attend will be posted by November 2018
