To whom it may concern,

I am the High School Youth Pastor at Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church and I have known the applicant,

Kyle Shaw, for four years. Kyle has been a faithful participant in our youth ministry and is a part of our small

group program as well as our peer leadership team. He has participated in multiple retreats and week-long

service trips. As his youth pastor, it is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation on his

behalf.

In the time that I have known Kyle, he has shown himself to be a hard working, trustworthy, and dependable

young man of moral character. He has a witty and intuitive nature which allows him to create a sense of

belonging among his peers. Many feel drawn to Kyle and he is greatly admired by others, especially those

who are younger than him. He has a high standard of integrity that allows others to put their trust in his

character and in his word. It is apparent that Kyle desires to be a positive influence in the lives of his peers

and has shown significant growth in his leadership over the past two years.

I highly recommend Kyle Shaw and am confident in his ability to serve and change his community in life-

giving ways. It is truly an honor to know him and to participate in his life as his youth pastor. If you have
